Upgrade Service: IBM Cognos Controller
If you are currently using IBM Cognos Controller as your financial consolidation solution and it is version 8.5.x, please note that IBM had announced its End of Support date. For more info, please read this. The official IBM announcement is here.
If your organisation is still using Frango or Cognos Consolidator, please note that they have been withdrawn since 30 Oct 2013 and the support has been discontinued since 30 Apr 2015.
To protect your IT investment and ensure uninterrupted support from IBM on your financial consolidation solution,we strongly advise you to upgrade to a supported version.
If your Controller software licenses are still active i.e. you have been subscribing to IBM software support and subscription service, you are entitled to download and upgrade to the latest version! Our consultants have both technical and functional experience in such upgrading exercises.
