Another win for Adept!

Adept has won another budgeting and planning project for a customer in the banking industry that uses SunSystem ERP! The solution will be powered by IBM Cognos TM1. This is yet another showcase that TM1 is ERP-agnostic and works well with ERP such as SunSystem. Looking forward to another successful implementation in the next three months!

IBM Cognos TM1 Version 10.2.2 Fix Pack 3 is now available!

IBM Cognos TM1 version 10.2.2 Fix Pack 3 has just been released on 25 Apr 2015. You can download the fix pack here. Release notes are found here, and fix list is found here.

Some notable changes are:

• Pick list behavior in TM1 Web and TM1 Application Web
• New ViewExtractSkipConsolidatedStringsSet TurboIntegrator function
• Unable to open exported Websheets containing an Action button and Excel groupings

If you need any assistance in upgrading to FP3 from an earlier version, do drop us a note. In the meantime, we will give FP3 a go in our lab to learn more about the changes.

IMPORTANT: End of support for IBM Cognos Controller version 8.5.x

IBM announced on 15 Apr 2015 that the date for end of support of IBM Cognos Controller version 8.5.x will be 30 Apr 2016. See this link for details.

To ensure continual support of your financial consolidation solution driven by IBM Cognos Controller, it is strongly advised to upgrade it to the latest version. Adept has performed such upgrades successfully for numerous install sites, so do drop us a note so that we can assist in this matter.

If your organisation is using Frango or Cognos Consolidator, please note that they have been withdrawn since 30 Oct 2013 and the support has been discontinued since 30 Apr 2015. To ensure continual support of your financial consolidation solution, it is strongly advised to upgrade to IBM Cognos Controller.
